when Lisa and Dirk Kupar determined there was a better way to manage their truck driver leasing company, Kupar Enterprises. Together, the wife and husband team decided it was time to develop comprehensive software that could simplify day-to-day business.
While there were several out-of-the-box options available on the market, they simply didn’t take the holistic approach this husband-and-wife team were after. They wanted a platform that bundled everything – recruiting, onboarding, training, HR and compliance – into one easy-to-use program.
And that’s what drove the couple to take matters into their own entrepreneurial hands.

In 2014, TruckRight’s wheels were officially set in motion, and we launched our company with the goal in mind to simplify the lives of our colleagues in the trucking industry.
We took what we knew, combined it with a lofty vision, and the rest – as they say – is history. These days, we’re known across North America for our intuitive, mobile-friendly software that not only saves our clients time and money, but engages their drivers, as well.
