What sets TruckRight apart?
Find out the answers to our most common questions.
Implementation
-
What happens to our fleet’s paper files when we move to TruckRight?
It's easier than you think to move your files into TruckRight's platform. All you need to do is scan them to PDF, and then upload them into the system. You can upload an entire driver's file in under five minutes.
-
How can I get my current drivers’ information into the system with their files?
We have a CSV import that we use to map your current drivers into the system. Once they are in the system, we have tools available to help you place their file online to keep them compliant.
Training
-
Can a driver complete training through TruckRight, or do they need to access another site to complete training?
Yes. You can upload your own training content to TruckRight’s Learning Management System, purchase Ignite e-Learning content or leverage our CarriersEdge integration.
-
We use CarriersEdge. Can we bring over all our existing information?
We do integrate with CarriersEdge. All we need from CarriersEdge is the API key and we can bring in all your course information right into the driver's file, so you can see all past scores of courses taken in CarriersEdge. Drivers can continue taking training in CarriersEdge and all scores will flow into their DQ file in TruckRight. Or the drivers can use the TruckRight platform to take the CarriersEdge training.
Features
-
Is my data secure?
Your data is safe with TruckRight. All customer information is encrypted and stored on a Tier 3 (military grade) secured server, and the keys to this data are kept on a separate server.
As each customer's data is stored in their own individual database, customer data is segregated.
Customer data is accessed only by an authorized and defined group of TruckRight personnel and only when authorized to do so by the customer.
Unique passwords are required for TruckRight logins, reducing the risk of unauthorized access to employee profiles.
-
Do you have the ability to limit access to specific parts of the system?
Our permissions are very granular and allow you to set permissions based on each role in your company.
Compliance
-
Does your company keep us up-to-date on Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration changes and updates?
TruckRight stays current on all FMCSA updates, and we update all our canned documentation to reflect any such changes. It is the client’s responsibility to also keep up to date with any changes made by the FMCSA.
-
Can you do Clearinghouse queries for me?
Yes. TruckRight can act as your C/TPA to run queries from the FMCSA Clearinghouse on your behalf.
