Verifications of Employment
With drivers’ permission, we’ll complete fast, impartial and accurate employment verification checks, so you’ll know the drivers you have on the road are compliant and safe.
We’ll also obtain undisclosed employment records and verified dates of previous employment.
Our team will try all methods to reach a company over the 30 days the signed consent is valid. If the company is DOT registered and does not respond within 30 days, a letter will be filed with the FMCSA on your behalf and placed within the TruckRight DQ file to show due diligence.
Our call center has an average turnaround time of 36 business hours. However, it can take up to the full 30 days, depending on the policies of the company they are trying to reach.
