If the company is DOT registered and does not respond within 30 days, a letter will be filed with the FMCSA on your behalf and placed within the TruckRight DQ file to show due diligence.</p><p>Our call center has an average turnaround time of 36 business hours. However, it can take up to the full 30 days, depending on the policies of the company they are trying to reach.</p><h4>Drug and Alcohol Verifications</h4><p>Drug and alcohol verifications can be done alone or in conjunction with our employment verification services.
