These individuals will attempt all methods to reach a company over the 30 days the signed consent is good for. </p>
<p>
If the company is DOT registered and does not respond within 30 days, a letter will be filed with the FMCSA on your behalf and placed within the TruckRight DQ file to show due diligence.</p>
<p>
Our call center has an average turnaround time of 36 business hours. However, it can take up to the full 30 days, depending on the policies of the company they are trying to reach.

This does not need to be a company email – it can be any web server the person is using. </p> <p> From there, a unique password is created by the user, and if it is forgotten, it can be reset by the account admin.
